What We Do
Our mission over these many years has been to support smaller to midsized businesses by providing controllership level services for their accounting and financial systems, on an as-needed basis.
How We Do It
We spend about a half day doing a systems audit, which encompasses your software, hardware and the procedures that your company has in place to move information through your system. If you don't have an automated system, we look at your methods, policies and procedures. After that we talk to your managers and find out what your goals are for the next three to five years. If you want to look at a different time span, that's OK too.
Next, we create a phased plan that quantifies your needs as a company and creates a budget to meet those needs. We help you to prioritize your needs so that you are able to get the most done for the budget you have established, and we can help you to find leasing and other options to fund your project if need be.
